Students' book page 35: sodium propoxide has a superfluous CH₂ group

Students' book page 235 the formula for isoflurane is correctly given as F₃CCHCl-O-CHF₂ . This should also be the formula on page 225 and teachers' guide page 150.

Students' book page 331, para 5, total standard entropy change should be -200 J mol^-1 K^-1 not -800.

Students' book page 367, Experiment 15.3: specify 15cm³ rather than 30cm³ of the sodium hydroxide solution. Also add a note to the Teachers' guide. See Topic 15 safety note.

Students' book page 410: the equation in the Question includes an item 12⁺ which should read 12H⁺.

Teachers' guide page 39, answer to question 2.15 part f:
diagram label should read ceramic fibre soaked in butan-1-ol
penultimate line on page: butan-1-ol

Corrections to the Nuffield Advanced Science Book of Data

Table 2.1 (page 21) the percentage abundance of potassium-40 is given as 0.12%. Most sources give it as about 0.012%. This latter figure is consistent with the percentages of the other two isotopes quoted.
