Fuelling the Future: a competition and conference organised by RSC ChemNet and Battle Abbey School.

Do you have a revolutionary idea that will improve our energy efficiency? Do you know of a viable alternative to oil for transport? Have you designed a hybrid car and want to test your business plan? Want to make an impact in our effort for global sustainable development?

Schools and colleges are invited to put forward two Dragons and presentations team (up to 4 members) to discuss their plans to Fuel the Future to help fight climate change. Using baseline data and resources supplied by the RSC, teams will work in advance to produce a structured argument for the debate about why their idea for the fuel of the future is the best.

Event takes place on 7 November 2007, 18:00 to 20:00 at Battle Abbey School, East Sussex
